About the Project
Swingin' Shoes is the personal brand shop of Pamela Gaižutytė, one of Lithuania's best-known Lindy Hop and jazz dancers. She runs the project together with Lina, and the store carries dance shoes and related accessories for the swing dancing community.
I danced Lindy Hop myself and was part of the same community, which is how Pamela and Lina first came to me for help. We have been building the site together over the years and have been through several iterations since — it has grown into a solid storefront that showcases Pamela's brand properly.
My work covered building the site and looking after it since — handling analytics, ongoing maintenance, and the technical upkeep an online store needs. That has also extended to the practical side of selling internationally, including the tax questions that come with shipping to customers worldwide.
