About the Project

Robi-Agnes is a Lithuanian fashion brand built around the idea of buying less but better. Creating since 2013, they design and produce premium knitwear — sweaters, cardigans, blouses, trousers, blazers and coordinated sets — from natural fibres: merino wool, cashmere, alpaca and linen. Everything is made in Lithuania, with a focus on timeless cuts, neutral palettes, and the kind of quality that outlasts trends.

The brand sells direct to consumers across the EU and UK, with collections rotating around capsule-wardrobe thinking. Pieces like the Pauline merino set come in eight or more colourways, and controlled sample sales keep inventory tight and the offering feeling considered rather than mass-market.

I worked on upgrading their Shopify store — improving the setup, structure and shopping experience to better match the quality of the product itself. A brand at this price point (€125–€315 per piece) needs a storefront that earns trust quickly and gets out of the way of the buying decision.

Despite minimal SEO investment, the site pulls close to 1,000 organic visits a month — largely on branded and direct intent, which speaks to the strength of the repeat customer base the brand has built over more than a decade.
